E
Time really does fly when you're having fun

What's the story

There is a reason why Kurt Angle is a WWE Hall Of Famer. He has blazed a trail of amazing matches behind him but as it turns out Angle's amazing in-ring career started on December 23rd eighteen years ago. The Olympic Hero recently shared a pretty important moment with his fans when it all started at the Funkin Dojo against Christian.

In case you didn't know...

When Kurt Angle first spoke to WWE about a run with WWE he told them that he could never lose, this caused WWE to wish him the best until later on when Angle finally came back with a better understanding for the business. But once he got started learning the art of pro wrestler he was a natural and picked up very quickly. Four days after he started, he had his first match and there were much more to come.

Heart of the matter

Kurt Angle shared a pretty great picture of himself eighteen years ago being led by Terry Fun and Dr.Tom Prichard during his first match in a pro wrestling ring. Christian and Angle would lock up again in their career in WWE as well as TNA, but everything started in New England at a Funkin Dojo Show.

What's next

Kurt Angle still has plenty of gas in the tank and there is no telling how far he will go in the pro wrestling business. After all, with WrestleMania 34 rolling around the corner there's always the possibility of seeing Kurt Angle lock up with someone in a one-on-one match for the first time since his return to WWE.

Author's take

Time does fly if you can remember Kurt Angle coming into WWE with his "3 I's" so many years ago this might be a time to get pretty nostalgic. It's pretty crazy how much Angle has been able to accomplish during his career and it will be even more fun to see what is down the line for him as well.
