All indications point to Lana returning to WWE programming with a dancer gimmick, but several fans thought that it was very reminiscent of Emma’s aborted Emmalina character.

Author’s take
Lana’s response to her critics may be considered bold and brave, but even a bold statement can become a poor one if not worded correctly and the ‘Ravishing Russian’ did just that. Look at the above tweet one more time, and you’ll notice her mistake. If you haven’t, then here is what she did.
Lana mentioned that she has a black belt in Muay Thai, there is just one problem, there is no black belt in Muay Thai. This blatant error on Lana’s part may raise questions as to whether or not she really is ready to wrestle on the blue brand.
The WWE Universe may be excited about Lana’s return to wrestling, clumsy errors like the tweet should not be tolerated. I mean, it's great that Lana is making a return with a brand new gimmick, but if she isn't able to prevent herself from messing up on social media, who’s to say she who’s to say she won't do it in the ring. In addition, the possibility that the new gimmick is a rip off from ‘Emmalina’ doesn’t really do her any favours.
