What's the story?

Reports are emerging that Lio Rush may be leaving WWE 205 Live very soon. The brand has already lost Mustafa Ali to SmackDown Live and they may be losing Lio Rush, as he seems to want to be exclusive to the RAW Brand without any other ties or distractions as of this time.

In case you didn't know...

Lio Rush has been a prominant member of the WWE 205 Live roster for much of last year, in addition to his managerial services for Bobby Lashley. He came to the WWE roster in June 2018 from NXT to 205 Live, then became the manager to Lashley last October after encouraging Lashley to attack Kevin Owens several times, resulting in a heel turn for Lashley. He's been at Lashley's side ever since and has played a key role in Lashley's current reign as the WWE Intercontinental Champion.

Athletically skilled and armed with a mic skills, Lio Rush has proved to be one of the top managers in the WWE today.

The heart of the matter

Lio Rush posted a tweet on his Twitter page in response to a fan which has given in impression that he may be leaving the 205 Live Brand and be solely focusing on managing the career of Bobby Lashley.

What's next?

Lio Rush will continue to manage and support the career of his client and current WWE Intercontinental Champion, Bobby Lashley on the RAW Brand. This looks to be a move to ease Lio Rush out of the ring and put more emphasis on Lio as a manager, which to his credit, he's doing a good job.
