On the July 16th episode of SmackDown Live, Shane McMahon held a Town Hall meeting. The Best In The World stated that he is open to listening to anyone if they express their opinions in a respectful manner.
Liv Morgan got into an argument with Charlotte Flair during the segment, and the duo went on to have a match later on in the night. The bout ended with Charlotte locking in a Figure Eight on Liv, forcing her to tap out. A dejected Morgan proceeded to grab Corey Graves' headset and said that Charlotte was right, and she is going to be real when she comes back.
