WWE will be in Glasgow the coming Monday and Tuesday. Both Raw and Smackdown Live are set to take place in Glasgow. Due to the time difference, episodes of Raw and Smackdown Live, which are taped outside the United States are generally pre-taped and then broadcasted.
According to PW Unlimited, both Raw and Smackdown Live will be pretaped next week. Normally, in the United States, the tapings start by 8 pm ET, 5 pm PT. However, as noted, due to it being overseas, the tapings will begin at 8 pm, local time, in Scotland.
Also, it must be noted that if you are watching and want to avoid spoilers, it is best to stay away from social media, since spoilers are bound to be abundant.
Last time it happened, Raw was in Manchester on November 9th, 2015. The episode was the buildup to Survivor Series, fresh off Seth Rollins’ horrific knee injury, and the beginning of the WWE World Championship tournament.
The episode also saw the return of the Brothers Of Destruction, as they laid waste to The Wyatt Family in the build up to their tag team match at Survivor Series. The entire episode was pre-taped. In fact, it was wrapping up, as the show had just started airing live in the United States and worldwide.
Here is the return of the Brothers of Destruction in that historic edition of Raw:
The same edition of Raw also saw Manchester United star Wayne Rooney get the best of King Barrett:
On Smackdown Live on Tuesday, Becky Lynch defends the Smackdown Women’s Championship against Alexa Bliss. She was supposed to face Bliss at No Mercy, but due to an undisclosed procedure she underwent, she missed the pay-per-view.
Nevertheless, Becky Balboa will be out to prove she is a fighting champion and get revenge on the ‘ Small but fierce’ Alexa Bliss who has been getting the best of her, for the last couple of weeks.
