WWE News: Ric Flair speaks for the first time since his surgery

The world can collectively breathe a sigh of relief now. Ric Flair, considered by many to be the greatest wrestler of all time, survived yet another deadly opponent.

He had been admitted to a hospital two weeks ago, because of complications arising because of bowel related issues, and we are glad to report that he lives to fight and party another day.

Flair took to social media and spoke out for the first time since he underwent surgery, as only he can.

This is what Ric Flair had to say to his fans, in the video he uploaded on social media.

Hey to all my fans out there...let it be known worldwide...The Nature Boy (wooo) is back up and running. Looking as only I can look. I wanna tell all my fans out there...thank you for all the love and support and I'll see you in the very, very, very, very near future. Wooo.

As his fiancee had indicated in the social media post that she had uploaded recently, Flair undergoes physiotherapy very soon indeed.

For someone who had part of his bowel removed, Flair seems like he's in really good spirits. But then again, he is Ric Flair...the greatest wrestler ever.

Flair may have a long way to go before he is back at full health. However, this is a wonderful and promising start, on the road to recovery.

Many had assumed the worst when the news first surfaced, but it takes more than a regular bowel complication to keep The Nature Boy down.
