Also, the rivalry between Damian Priest and Finn Balor was reignited at Survivor Series: WarGames. CM Punk will also be present on the flagship show after helping the OG Bloodline defeat the new Bloodline and Bronson Reed. • Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament: Dakota Kai vs. Katana Chance vs. Shayna Baszler
  • Pete Dunne vs. R-Truth

#3. LA Knight breaks silence after loss

LA Knight's United States Championship reign came to an end at Survivor Series: WarGames as he suffered a loss to Shinsuke Nakamura. The Megastar reflected on the setback with a short message on X (Twitter).

"To be continued," he wrote.

Knight won the gold at SummerSlam 2024 when he defeated Logan Paul. The SmackDown Superstar defended the title against Carmelo Hayes, Andrade, and Santos Escobar, among others, during his reign.

#2. Sheamus shows battle scars

Sheamus was in action at WWE's recently concluded premium live event. The veteran took on Ludwig Kaiser and Bron Breakker in a Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship.

The Celtic Warrior once again fell short of winning the title. However, he put on an enthralling performance and even suffered a lot of punishment. Later, the former WWE Champion showed off his battle scars through a post on X.

#1. WWE Superstar Raquel Rodriguez contemplated retirement during her hiatus

Raquel Rodriguez went through one of the toughest phases of her life earlier this year as she suffered multiple health issues and was on the shelf for seven months. In a recent interview on The Takedown on SI, Big Mami Cool noted that she thought about retirement and its aftermath during her battle with mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS).

"This has been my dream, and now, it's just gone. What do I do? What's next? And I think that's the hard part for a lot of us. That we struggle with what's next, and I had to think about it for almost a year; just keep that in mind. I was like, 'Okay, I'm not going to tell myself that it's completely over because I feel like I can get over this, and I can get through this, but I do need to have an idea of what I am going to do if this doesn't work out,''' she said.

Rodriguez returned to action at Bad Blood, where she helped Liv Morgan retain the Women's World Championship against Rhea Ripley via DQ. The 33-year-old was also in action in the recent Women's WarGames Match, which her team lost.
