#1 Triple H explains Vince McMahon's recent non-WWE public appearance
Due to his busy work schedule, Vince McMahon is known to be someone who seldom makes non-WWE appearances. On June 26, he was seen backstage at popular comedian Dave Chappelle's show in Connecticut.
Vince McMahon attended the show with his daughter, Stephanie, and son-in-law, Paul 'Triple H' Levesque.
The photo, which has since been made public, featured the WWE Chairman and comedian Donnell Rawlings. Stephanie McMahon can also be seen in the background of the picture:
Triple H recently spoke about this topic during an interview with The New York Post. According to him, Vince McMahon happens to be a huge fan of Dave Chappelle's comedy.
Moreover, attending Chappelle's show on a Saturday did not interfere with the WWE Chairman's schedule.
“We all find Dave Chappelle, much like the rest of the world, I think, as incredibly entertaining and funny and we’re big fans,” said Triple H. “And there was a rare opportunity where he was going to be in town, we all had an opportunity to have a few moments where we weren’t going to be working for a minute and we could also go see him. It sort of kind of was one of those things where we all went to each other at the same time — ‘Hey, I saw Chappelle is going to be doing some shows.'”
Triple H added that Vince McMahon is certainly a private person, although people often have exaggerated notions about him in the public sphere.
