Bobby Lashley is set to fight Drew McIntyre at Sunday's WWE Hell in a Cell event. The current WWE Champion had a chat with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Rick Ucchino about his upcoming title defense and the secret to staying fit at the age of 44, among other topics.

Lashley revealed that he is dedicated to self-discipline, self-care, and frequent training. The All Mighty might be in the best shape of his life and has no plans to slow down anytime soon.

"I'm not really a drinker... I do things in very, very, very small moderations and for me it's just being on a routine," said Bobby Lashley. "I take care of myself. I do a lot of rehab... I eat good, and I take my time to do the massages, and try needling when you get the boo-boos. And other than that, I mean, if you don't damage yourself, you're not gonna break down."

According to stipulations, if Drew McIntyre fails to win at Hell in a Cell, he can no longer challenge for the WWE title as long as Bobby Lashley is champion. Who do you think will emerge victorious from this high-stakes encounter?
