Drew McIntyre was brilliant Hell in a Cell
Drew McIntyre went to war in the main event of WWE Hell in a Cell 2021. He challenged Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship, and both superstars locked horns in an epic battle at the recently concluded pay-per-view. The match was brilliant except for the finish, but McIntyre and Lashley still deserve credit for their respective performances.

McIntyre’s loss also means that he can’t challenge for the title as long as Bobby Lashley is the WWE Champion. The stakes were high last night, and the Scottish Warrior fought impressively. Following the show, he shared pictures of his bruised back on Twitter. He admitted that his dream would have to be on hold for a while. McIntyre then thanked WWE Universe for their support throughout his journey to the top.

It’s been a wild ride. I’ve always wanted to make all of you proud, and I hoped that you would get the chance to see me live and in person as WWE Champion. Looks like that dream is on hold for awhile. Thanks for all your support. #HIACpic.twitter.com/RQgCWkOC2c
Drew McIntyre was the best performer in WWE last year. He cemented himself as one of the top stars in the entire promotion and enjoyed commendable reigns with the WWE Championship. McIntyre now has a well-deserved break from the world title picture, and he can pursue other rivalries on RAW in the meantime.
