#3 "The tables took me away" - Nikki Bella on why she missed John Cena's WWE SummerSlam match

At WWE SummerSlam 2021, John Cena challenged Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship in the main event. Cena's ex-fiancee, Nikki Bella, recently said she did not watch the main event as she was busy playing roulette.

The former couple called off their relationship back in 2018. John Cena is now married to Canadian engineer Shay Shariatzadeh, while Nikki Bella gave birth to her first child, in 2020, with Russian professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev.

Speaking to Extra, the former Divas Champion highlighted that she was "winning big" at roulette during the 2021 SummerSlam main event:

“You know, I actually have to say when you’re in Vegas, the tables took me away. I was too busy playing roulette, and I was winning big. So I missed it,” said Nikki Bella.

Roman Reigns defeated John Cena at the end of their recent clash, bringing an end to the latter's latest pursuits for his 17th world title.

Meanwhile, Nikki and Brie Bella have previously mentioned that they are planning to return to WWE at some point down the road.
