#2 Reason why WWE Hall of Famer was petrified of Brock Lesnar
Ric Flair admitted to being petrified while facing Brock Lesnar inside the squared circle. He believes that he could take on The Beast Incarnate during his prime. However, years later, Flair was scared for his safety, and that's when he realized that he was getting old.
The Nature Boy also said that this was an indication that he should now hang his boots.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
"I wouldn't have been afraid of him back then [in his prime]. When I had to wrestle him in WWE, I was petrified because you worry about getting hurt when you get older. The minute you worry about getting hurt, you gotta go home. You just do," said Ric Flair.
He said he didn't feel the same while facing other legends like Triple H, Shawn Michaels, or Dave Batista. However, Ric Flair thinks he couldn't shake that fear when standing across Brock Lesnar inside the ring.
#1 WWE veteran discusses the reason behind Alexa Bliss' current on-screen character
Former writer Vince Russo recently discussed why WWE is pushing Alexa Bliss' connection with the doll, Lilly. He feels that the company had them mass-produced and are now desperate to sell them all.
Russo compared the situation to that of Chad Gable's push when he was rebranded as Shorty G. He was quoted as saying:
"Do you remember Shorty G? Do you know why he was Shorty G? The shirt he was wearing, was Enzo's merch. They let Enzo go, they just got that made. They probably had 10,000 of those shirts in the warehouse, thus Shorty G. I'm telling you bro, when she was doing the thing with the Fiend, they had that Lilly Doll mass produced and they've got 10 million Lilly Dolls sitting in the warehouse now that they need to sell. I'm telling you. That's the only reason they're doing it. That's the only reason."
The last few weeks saw vignettes on the red brand in which Bliss sought therapy to overcome the trauma of losing Lilly, who was shredded to pieces by Charlotte Flair.
She has now seemingly recovered and will compete in the Women's Elimination Chamber match that will crown the championship contender for the RAW Women's Championship.
