#4. WWE issues statement on Bobby Lashley's status after Elimination Chamber
Bobby Lashley lost the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber, and unfortunately for "The All Mighty," he didn't even get to compete in the match. Lashley suffered a storyline injury after Seth Rollins buckle bombed Austin Theory through his pod.
Bobby Lashley was taken out of the match, and the company later issued a storyline medical update on the former world champion's status.
The company stated that Bobby Lashley had entered "concussion protocol" and would continue to be under medical supervision.
Here's what WWE posted:
"Bobby Lashley has entered concussion protocol and will travel back to the United States under medical supervision to undergo additional evaluation."
Brock Lesnar captured the championship in Bobby Lashley's absence as the Beast Incarnate pinned Austin Theory in an explosive finishing sequence.
While Bobby Lashley's "injury" initially seemed like a worked angle to keep him strong, new reports suggest that the former champion could be legitimately injured and miss several months of TV time. More on that right here.
#3. Huge WrestleMania 38 match card update after Elimination Chamber
WWE has confirmed that Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns will now compete in a "Winner Take All" match for both the world titles at WrestleMania 38.
Roman Reigns expectedly went over Goldberg at Elimination Chamber while Brock Lesnar became a 7-time WWE Champion following his chaotic win.
Reports of Vince McMahon leaning towards a Champion vs. Champion match have indeed turned out to be accurate as the company didn't waste time in posting the following graphic:
In addition to the change made to the most significant match on the WrestleMania card, Bianca Belair also booked her spot for the Show of Shows by winning the Women's Elimination Chamber match.
The EST of WWE will get an opportunity to avenge her SummerSlam loss against Becky Lynch when she squares up against The Man in a few weeks for the RAW Women's Championship.
