Will Big E interfere in the WWE Championship feud?

Recent backstage reports have claimed that Big E could cash in his MITB contract on WWE Champion Bobby Lashley. However, Booker T is not in favor of seeing this rivalry. The WWE Hall of Famer believes that the New Day member should be involved in a title feud with Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Here’s what he had to say about Big E vs. Bobby Lashley:

"Do I want to see Big E vs Lashley? That's the question. I don't know if I want to see Big E cash-in the Money in the Bank on Lashley. I don't know if that's the match - the marquee match-up - that I want to see Big E cash-in on."

"If I was booking it, I would hold that card for a while just because I got to see the best match-up for Big E, more than anything. I don't think Big E and Bobby Lashley is going to be the greatest match-up, to get the greatest match. Big E vs. Roman - man, I think we got something there," said Booker T.

WWE Champion Bobby Lashley is on the cusp of kickstarting a title feud with Goldberg. The latter recently returned and declared himself next in line to challenge for the world title. We might see Lashley face Goldberg at SummerSlam 2021 with the WWE Championship on the line.
