Saturday Night's Main Event is the talk of the town as the legendary show returns under the WWE banner after years. As the company puts all its effort into making the massive show worth remembering, a legendary star may not be able to appear despite initially giving his commitment.

While all eyes are on SNME, the promotion is also focused on future storylines, with an interesting update emerging on a stable war coming soon.

Randy Orton also sent an incredible message to Rey Mysterio's daughter. We will learn more about it in today's WWE News & Rumor Roundup. So, without further ado, let's begin:

#3. Ted DiBiase Sr. is unlikely to be at Saturday Night's Main Event

In case it wasn't obvious already, WWE's upcoming special show is being treated with the same attention and care that a top PLE gets.

Apart from a star-studded match card, the show will feature many veterans in attendance, with Jesse 'The Body' Ventura returning to the commentary booth after years.

It is now being reported that 'The Million Dollar' Ted DiBiase, who initially agreed to be at the Nassau Coliseum on December 14, has taken his name back from the event. Dominic DeAngelo reported for SEScoops that DiBiase "was forced to withdraw and is no longer able to attend," and the reason for the same has yet to be revealed.

Ted DiBiase is quite familiar with Saturday Night's Main Event, as he wrestled on a few past editions and famously even challenged Hulk Hogan for the world championship in 1989.

Despite DiBiase's sudden withdrawal from the event, SNME will still feature many popular names from the golden era of pro wrestling, such as Greg Valentine, Koko B. Ware, and others.

#2. Randy Orton comments on a heartfelt post from Rey Mysterio's daughter

There was a time when it felt like Aalyah Gutierrez might also become a regular TV character. Many might still remember her angle with AEW's Buddy Matthews.

Aalyah may have stayed away from wrestling, but she continues to support her father, for whom she put out a special message on The Master of 619's 50th birthday recently.

Randy Orton left a comment on her post and, unsurprisingly, wanted to let her know how great her dad really was. The Viper has faced Rey Mysterio throughout his career, and the WWE legends have gone on to have a great relationship even outside the ring.

Orton considers himself "blessed" to have met a person like Rey Mysterio, as he revealed below:

The former world champion is currently on a hiatus, selling the Piledriver he took from Kevin Owens last month.

#1. The Wyatt Sicks and The Judgment Day are reportedly set to engage in a feud on WWE RAW

WWE has a considerable amount of factions, and it's always a safe option to let two of them engage in a full-blown rivalry. The Wyatt Sicks has been on the main roster since June 2024. After dispatching off American Made in the faction's maiden feud, Uncle Howdy and Co. have found it tough dealing with The Final Testament.

Karrion Kross' group and The Miz defeated the Wyatt Sicks in an eight-man tag team match this past Monday on RAW. While their angle could continue, Viper Reports revealed that the current plan is for The Judgment Day to battle the Uncle Howdy-led collective next.

The Final Testament and the Wyatt Sicks may still have a chapter left in their program, but it seems like Bo Dallas and his twisted gang's next target has already been disclosed.
