Greetings and welcome to yet another edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's WWE News Roundup. Today, we will cover splendid topics related to top names like former WWE Universal Champion Goldberg, Roman Reigns and Ricochet.

The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns has not been seen in WWE since he lost the Undisputed Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. Since then, Solo Sikoa has taken over The Bloodline and introduced new members such as Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. Each week, the fans chant ' We want Roman' every time Solo makes an appearance. Could this lead to Reigns returning as a babyface?

1) Ryback believes Roman Reigns will turn babyface upon return

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

The Rock returned during the road to WrestleMania 40 and joined hands with his cousin Roman Reigns. The two men faced the team of Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins at Night One of WrestleMania 40.

However, it seems that with Solo becoming 'The Head of the Table', fans want to see Reigns as a babyface. Former WWE Superstar Ryback believes that the company will have The Rock and Reigns feud when they both return:

''They're going to make it such a good storyline and develop it. With Rock probably going to come back at some point, my guess is maybe next year WrestleMania or something, but Roman is probably going to have a babyface return and where we're going to finally get that match," Ryback said.

There is a lot of speculation regarding who The Brahma Bull will face at WrestleMania 41, as there is a big possibility that the company will save a match between Reigns and him for a later date and have The Megastar face Cody Rhodes next year at WrestleMania.

2) Goldberg comments on kicking Bret Hart

WCW Starrcade 1999 became infamous in wrestling history when Goldberg delivered a career-ending kick to the side of Bret Hart's head, forcing one of the greatest wrestlers to ever lace up boots into retirement after he faced a serious concussion because of the kick.

On the latest episode of Who Killed WCW? both men spoke about the incident. Hart blamed Goldberg for being an unsafe worker. He compared the former WCW Champion to a Gorilla and said that he thought of Bret as a 'fodder' guy and didn't take due precaution in their match. Here is what Goldberg said in return:

''You should protect yourself, you knew the kick was coming right? It was in the deal,'' said Goldberg

While Hart's prime days in the ring were over after the 'kick', Goldberg went on to have two runs in the WWE, winning World titles both times. Though Goldberg has previously apologized for the accident, Bret Hart has not yet forgiven the Hall of Famer.

3) Ricochet could return to WWE for one more match before leaving for good

It has been extensively reported that former US Champion Ricochet has chosen not to re-sign with WWE and will leave the company after his contract is up. He was seemingly written off RAW this week after being brutally attacked by Bron Breakker. He was taken out in an ambulance and his fiancee Samantha Irvin accompanied him.

PWInsider has reported that this may not be the end of Ricochet in WWE. There are plans to bring him back for one more appearance as his contract is valid till July. Backstage sources have indicated that there have been pitches to bring him back for one last match, potentially against Bron Breakker.
