JBL revealed during a recent YouTube Q&A that Brock Lesnar offered to lose a match against him at a WWE Live event in Abilene, Texas, back in 2002. JBL was considered a hometown hero in Abilene as he played football at the Abilene Christian University before becoming a full-time pro wrestler.

A WWE Hall of Famer isn't a John Cena fan. More details HERE

Due to JBL's association with the Abilene crowd, an unselfish Brock Lesnar proposed to be on the losing end of their house show match.

As things turned out, JBL ended up winning the bout, which was incidentally also Lesnar's first loss since joining the WWE main roster in 2002. Here's what JBL revealed about Brock Lesnar's epic gesture:

"I was working with Brock in Abilene, and I said, 'Hey, Brock, I wanna talk to you,' and he goes, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah, your college buddies are here. I'm gonna put you over.' I said, 'Brock, they don't care who goes over. I couldn't care less. You win, I win, it doesn't matter.' I said, 'We're going to a place afterwards,' and so that's what I was telling him," JBL said. JBL also spoke in detail about Lesnar's suplex ability during the insightful Q&A. You can read all about that right here.

#1. How Roman Reigns helped 205 Live superstars backstage in WWE

During a recent appearance on That 90's Wrestling Podcast, Mike Bennett revealed that Roman Reigns would watch 205 Live matches and help the superstars with valuable insights backstage.

Bennett said that Roman Reigns was 'the man' and noted how the Tribal Chief perfectly played the role of a WWE locker room leader. Bennett stated that Roman Reigns would offer helpful and valid critiques after watching the talent perform on 205 Live.

Mike Bennett appreciated Reigns' genuine efforts towards assisting his colleagues, irrespective of the brand or level they competed at within the company. Bennett had the following to say about Reigns' backstage influence in WWE:

"I mean, Roman (Reigns) is the best; he's the man. That dude would watch our 205 Live matches and help us after our matches and would give us good critique. He wouldn't be like, 'All you guys are doing too much.'" No, he would be genuine and be like, 'Hey, if you did this but if you took a second longer after you did this, think about how the crowd would react.'
"And you're like, 'Oh!' Genuine critiques to the point where you're like, 'Oh, you're actually watching our matches at 10 o'clock at night when everyone else has left the building. Thank you.' He's great." H/t WrestlingInc

Roman Reigns is one of the most respected names, not just in the WWE but the entire wrestling business, and it's unsurprising to see that's been the case for a few years.
