Sasha Banks and Charlotte had a historic match at Hell In A Cell last night. Not only was it the first time that Women stepped inside Hell In A Cell, but it was the first time in WWE history that women main evented a Pay-Per-View. The match did not disappoint, but the title change was a surprising one.
Many believed that the “Triple Main Event” tag was a way not to make the women main event the PPV, while still calling them the main event. There were rumours all week as to whether the women would go on last.
The consensus was that everyone supported the women going on last, except Vince McMahon because they did not promote and hype up the women main eventing a PPV for the first time.

According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Radio, he said that the decision to make the women go on last was a last minute one. This means that Vince McMahon gave in to the pressure of the people surrounding him, who supported the women going on last. He said that incidentally, the decision to change the titles was a last minute one as well.
"Vince screwed it up even worse because the original finish was Sasha Banks going over. Why that was changed… I mean, there is a reason. I don’t know the reason other than the decision was made to go with Charlotte and Bayley sooner than later, like sooner than it was originally going to be. Why? I don’t know."
Currently, the coming month will be dedicated to building up to Survivor Series, where the Raw Women's Champion Charlotte will be the captain of the Women's team representing the red brand. So far, herself, Nia Jax, and Bayley are the confirmed names in the team, with two more spots available.
After Survivor Series on November 20th, the last PPV of the year for Raw is Roadblock, which takes place on December 18th. It is likely that post-Survivor Series, the main program for the Raw Women’s Championship will be Charlotte vs. Bayley.
It will be interesting who comes out of that victorious, as that will more than likely be the person who begins the Road to Wrestlemania as the Women’s Champion. But we must not forget that The Boss Sasha Banks still has her rematch clause to cash in.
