WWE just announced that the upcoming pay-per-view Payback, scheduled for April 30th will feature a match between Samoa Joe and Seth Rollins. Charly Caruso reported on the WWE Twitter page that the RAW exclusive PPV Payback slated to be held at the SAP Center in San Jose, California, is going to feature these two Superstars among others.
So far we know that the card for Payback includes the much anticipated House of Horrors match between Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton for the WWE Universal Championship as well a Match between JeriKO: Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens for the United States Championship.

The legendary Hardy Boyz are now back and they are the current RAW Tag Team Champions as well. The third title match on the card is a match between the Hardyz and the team of Cesaro and Sheamus for the RAW Tag Team Championship.
Neville will also be putting his Cruiserweight Championship on the line against Austin Aries.
The Payback card just got more interesting with the inclusion of Samoa Joe vs. Seth Rollins and if Joe’s previous matches, most notably his match against Finn Balor at NXT Takeover: Dallas was any indication of things to come, there’s probably going to be blood in the ring before these guys are done.
Samoa Joe’s RAW run has been pretty uneventful so far compared to his time at NXT and he deserves a big push at the moment to really be over with the crowd. Seth was fighting on and off, spending more time out of the ring recently than inside it and it would be pretty exciting to see two Superstars of this caliber face off in the first PPV after WrestleMania 33.
