By now the Stone Cold podcast has become one of the most listened to podcasts by wrasslin and casual fans alike owing to how he shoots straight from the hip and doesn’t mince words.
And in the 328th episode of his show, the former WWE great voiced his take on the current state of the Women’s division, specifically focussing on Sasha Banks and Charlotte. Effusive in his praise for the Boss, he also commented on how he thinks the WWE should book her in the future.
He added that she should be allowed a strong solo run, without being a part of any stable or in the company of any supporting cast given that she doesn’t lack in any aspect of showmanship; she has the looks, the in-ring dexterity and the mic skills to be a bonafide Superstar, or “legit boss” as he termed it.
Reported in www.wrestlinginc.com, Austin also went on to say how he thought that too many cooks were spoiling the broth as far as Ric Flair’s and Charlotte’s promos were concerned. Noting how Ric Flair is one of the all-time greats on the mic, he added that he felt that their in-ring segments would flow better should WWE creative just relent from scripting his promos to a tee.
