The things that phase the Undertaker would probably barely fill a Post-It note, but it now appears that real world events scare the dominating wrestler too, with the recent acts of terror in Europe reportedly the cause of Undertaker’s canceled appearances during the tour, some of which are – April 19th in London for SmackDown, April 20th Newcastle, April 21st in Brussels, April 22nd in Paris and April 23rd in Malaga – reports dailywrestlingnews.com.
Undertaker’s glaring absence from the tour has put a big question mark over his WWE future, and reports of him telling people at the WrestleMania 32 after-party that his Hell In a Cell match against Shane McMahon would be his last have only added fuel to the already raging fire.
According to Wrestling Observer, the terrorism threat seems to be the real cause of his absence on tour as the rumour mills within WWE also agree that the massacres in France and Belgium within less that six months have deterred the wrestler.
Of course, the real reason for his absence hasn’t been confirmed yet, but the number of events he was schedule to appear in was reduced to just two before being completely removed by WWE.
