In a surprising turn of events, WWE has removed both Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns from their upcoming tour of Tokyo, Japan. The news was announced on the Japanese version of their website.
Roman has been understandably removed due to the suspension he is facing because of the violation of WWE’s Wellness Policy and he will be replaced by the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose on the tour.
On the other hand, the reason behind the removal of the Eater of the Worlds has not been disclosed. WWE hasn’t announced a replacement for him yet either. Bray was supposed to face Shinsuke Nakamura in one of the Live Events during the tour, which was seen as a dream match among fans considering their two different styles, but now it looks like they will have to wait for Nakamura's main roster debut to see this match happen.
It's notable that Bray returned from an injury only a few days ago and WWE officials are very cautious about his health. This may be a possible reason behind his removal. Also, this would be the first time for Nakamura to wrestle in Japan under WWE’s banner.
