What’s the story?
Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows vs. Enzo Amore and Big Cass was made official for Payback and will take place on the pre-show this Sunday.
Furthermore, the kickoff show will also have The Miz and Maryse hosting MizTV with Finn Bálor as their special guest.
In case you didn’t know...
Anderson and Gallows have been fighting Enzo & Cass on and off since the brand split, but their feud would centre around the Raw Tag Team Championships after Anderson and Gallows won the titles at the Royal Rumble. This pre-show match will mark their first two-on-two pay-per-view match since Fastlane.

The Miz interviewing Bálor will mark the first onscreen interaction between the two men. Also, it will mark the first MizTV segment on a pre-show since Elimination Chamber 2015 when The Miz interviewed Daniel Bryan.
The heart of the matter
Including the main show, this now makes eight matches scheduled for the upcoming pay-per-view. There is no stipulation for the tag team match between Enzo & Cass and Anderson & Gallows, but the match could have implications for the Tag Team Championships down the line.
Regarding the interview with Bálor, it’s likely that The Miz will ask him about his plans going forward, the concussion he was rumoured to have suffered last week, and possibly his history with Anderson and Gallows.

Anderson and Gallows fighting Enzo & Cass is more of the same when it comes to storylines and feuds from Raw. A tag team feud that has been going on for so long without any type of payoff definitely belongs on the pre-show.
As for the interview, Bálor and The Miz will likely divulge into a scuffle between the two that ends with a Coup De Grace from the Demon King.
