After being released from WWE, the former 'Uncle Zebekiah' Zeb Colter is now taking independent bookings for appearing at wrestling shows. As seen below In his latest tweet he also teased a 'big news' coming for WWE universe -
WWE released Zeb back in May after his unsuccessful run as the manager of Alberto Del Rio promoting a union between America and Mexico known as MexAmerica. He also appeared as a manager for the team of Jack Swagger and Cesaro known as The Real Americans for a long time during his time in WWE.
It's notable that before his latest run in WWE, Zeb has worked as a writer for many wrestling promotions including TNA. Most notably he is credited for being a big part in the creation of TNA's knockout division as well as bringing Awesome Kong to the company.
Before that, Zeb has worked both as a wrestler and manager for many wrestling promotions including WWE back in 1994 where he was the on-screen manager of The Blu Brothers. He also did a relatively short stint at WCW back in 1991 .
