#1 Best: Tony D'Angelo is a hit on NXT

With the last few weeks bearing witness, NXT 2.0 is all about the characters. Several Superstars have appeared in vignettes, but the one garnering the most attention may have been Tony D'Angelo.

Playing a stereotypical New York mobster, fans have come to appreciate his commitment to the character over the weeks. D'Angelo made his NXT in-ring debut this week and was pretty over with the crowd - a good sign for the future.

He was slick in the ring and defeated Malik Blade with an impressive fisherman's neck breaker. This was the perfect start for Tony D'Angelo, who is incredibly charismatic and has the fans completely on his side. The future looks bright.

#1 Worst: What is LA Knight still doing here?

As mentioned earlier, a few NXT Superstars were surprisingly not a part of the WWE Draft. The first name that comes to mind is LA Knight, who has all the attributes to be a complete smash hit on the main roster.

He has a great look and excels in promos, along with his solid in-ring skills. However, Knight remains on NXT for the time being. This week, he picked up a needless win over relative newcomer, Odyssey Jones.

It ended pretty poorly, as Andre Chase ran in to cost Jones the match. These distraction finishes are better left on RAW and SmackDown, while LA Knight would be better off on either of those brands.
