Owens faced Solomon Crowe in the main event and it was pretty clear that this was way to showcase the champions dominance. Crowe’s character, at this moment, is completely getting irrelevant. Despite being good in the ring, his character needs more development. Owens was on his way to run over Solomon and then he was interrupted by someone who’s now, maybe, a familiar presence for the 31 year old.
5.Joe! Joe! Joe!
Owens was about to deliver a pop-up powerbomb to Solomon, when Joe’s music hit to an overwhelming response from the audience. Owens scampered back to the ring. It was much like Takeover Unstoppable afterwards. Only, this time Owens raised his title in the air and the moment Joe stepped in the ring, Owens scampered away again. Also note that Joe was in his ring gear.
