A number of seeds were planted this week on NXT

#4 Lars Sullivan could have met his match

Lars Sullivan has been built as a monster ever since he made his debut in NXT and so far the only superstar who has been able to get the better of The Beast is Aleister Black when he was able to defeat him back at Takeover: New Orleans.

This week on NXT, Sullivan was attacked by EC3 and for the first time in his career he was overpowered and sent running for the hills. Sullivan has only recently returned from a jaw injury that he suffered in that match against Black but if he was looking for a way to make a statement in NXT then a feud with EC3 was the best way to do it.
