Is this the final time we will see Kairi Sane in NXT?

Kairi Sane is already a former NXT Women's Champion, but she has been pursuing Shayna Baszler over the past few months in the hopes that she can be the one to dethrone the Queen of Spades and rid NXT of the Three Horsewomen of MMA.

Recent rumors suggest that Sane is one of the stars that could be heading to the main roster in the Superstar Shake-up next week, which could be why she was defeated by Baszler once again in the most recent set to tapings and then attacked by the Women's Champion afterward. The stipulation indicated that this was Sane's last shot at The Women's Championship which added to the speculation that this was her final NXT match.

Io Shirai made the save but caused the DQ which meant that Sane lost but was then given a moment following the match that many noted seemed like a send-off for The Pirate Princess.
