The wrestling world was shocked when Shinsuke Nakamura announced his departure from New Japan Pro Wrestling. The WWE Universe were delighted as Nakamura signed a WWE contract and was rumored to appear in WWE NXT.
All those rumors came true when Nakamura made his NXT debut at NXT Takeover : Dallas and outwrestled the former NXT Champion, Sami Zayn. Since then, the former IWGP Champion has been an active member of the NXT roster and has appeared in numerous NXT live events in the last month.

As confirmed by wrestlinginc.com in the recent NXT tapings, NXT General Manager William Regal announced that Shinsuke Nakamura will face off against former TNA World Champion Austin Aries at the next NXT Takeover, that will take place on June 8th at Full Sail University. This episode of NXT will be aired next week on the WWE Network.
