The Book of Dominance opened this week, and Akam took out both men instantaneously. Rezar was on the outside, just having a conversation with Paul Ellering. Akam was completely in control, beating the men to a pulp and even tossing one of them all the way to the ramp.
He picked up the win, without even involving his partner in the actual match.

Rezar entered the match at the conclusion of the contest, and both men delivered Super Colliders to their opponents. Paul Ellering called out Heavy Machinery and said they won’t even be a footnote, in the Book of Dominance.
Heavy Machinery came into the fray and got in the face of the NXT Tag Team Champions. Paul Ellering got in the way before it could come to blows.

We saw a recap video of Roderick Strong and Bobby Roode’s verbal sparring from the week before, as well as Strong’s response on Twitter. Coming back from break, we saw a promo package for Sonya Deville, formerly known as Daria Berenato.
