#4 William Regal has a NXT Title announcement for WarGames

NXT's General Manager attempted to announce Tomasso Ciampa's NXT TakeOver: WarGames II opponent

Regal started in the ring on his own and attempted to announce the #1 Contender to Tommaso Ciampa's NXT Title at NXT TakeOver: WarGames II. Before he could spit it out, he was interrupted by a current champion who didn't have nice words for the NXT General Manager.

Ciampa doesn't get long to speak however as Velveteen Dream interrupted the interruption by saying he had a scoop for Ciampa, he wants Regal to say his name and announce him as the opponent.

More interruptions happened (you probably see where this segment is going) when Lars Sullivan interrupted the interrupting Velveteen Dream. Sullivan says the NXT Title belongs to him and that this is Lars Sullivan's territory. Dream disagreed so Sullivan started choking him.

Then, Nikki Cross ran out saying 'he's coming'. The 'he' she was referring to was Aleister Black, who had evidently gotten past the security Regal had briefed earlier, with Black proceeding to knock Sullivan out with a kick.

The interruptions didn't end there as the final person to run out was a hooded Johnny Gargano who hit Black with a Super Kick and then put his hood up. This implied he was Black's attacker to close the show.
