Next up was the return of the Psycho Killer, Tommaso Ciampa. We haven't seen the former NXT Champion since his utter destruction at the hands of Karrion Kross back at TakeOver: In Your House. Unfortunately for Jake Atlas, he had to face an even more unhinged Ciampa.

Jake Atlas vs Tommaso Ciampa on NXT

Tommaso Ciampa stomped out Jake Atlas and quickly dropped Atlas with Willow's Bell. 1-2-3.

Results: Tommaso Ciampa defeated Jake Atlas via pinfall on NXT.

Grade: D

Following the match, Ciampa continued to destroy Jake Atlas. The Cruiserweight was launched into the steel steps repeatedly before Ciampa was pulled away by referees. As Atlas struggled to get off the mat, Ciampa laid him out again and drove his face into the underside of the ring with a catapult.

They brought out a stretcher for Atlas, and Ciampa finished the job with Willow's Bell from that, spiking Atlas right on his head.

Bronson Reed was interviewed backstage about wanting to challenge Damian Priest. However, he was interrupted by the returning Austin Theory.
