Tony D'Angelo vs. Pete Dunne on NXT 2.0
Dunne was caught in a big suplex after the duo countered each other's moves early on in the main event of NXT 2.0. D'Angelo had control early on and stomped on Dunne on the mat before hitting a massive overhead German Suplex.
Dunne returned with some kicks of his own before knocking Tony off the apron. After a break on NXT 2.0, Dunne was knocking Tony D'Angelo around the ring before Tony came back with a big takedown and a clothesline in the corner before hitting a German Suplex.
Dunne tried for a triangle lock but D'Angelo lifted him into a suplex. Dunne was sent into a corner with a big slam but came back with a kick and some knee strikes before getting a near fall.
D"Angelo tried to go for his crowbar but Dunne took him down into an armbar. Tony went for Dunne's mouthguard and took it out before sending him face-first into the turnbuckles. Dunne went for the finger break finisher and hit the Bitter End to pick up the win.
This was D'Angelo's first loss since debuting in the brand.
Result: Pete Dunne def. Tony D'Angelo
Tony was about to attack Dunne after the match but Pete was too quick and dodged it. D'Angelo still managed to take him down and send him outside before smashing Dunne's hand with the crowbar on the announcer's desk.
