WWE NXT Results: Two-time World Champion pays surprise visit; Breakker attacked

Mandy Rose (c) vs. Kay Lee Ray - NXT Women's Title match

Ray started off strong and got some big moves on the NXT Women's Champ before Mandy grounded her and unloaded on the challenger. KLR got out and hit some strikes to the face before going for a Tornado DDT off the ropes for a near fall.

Mandy got some big kicks after sending Ray headfirst into the turnbuckles and then hit a spinebuster for a near fall of her own. We learned that Indi, Persia, Jacy and Gigi were escorted out of the arena.

Rose got another near fall in the ring before locking in a submission move. Ray took back control of the match and got a moonsault before locking in a hold of her own. Rose countered the KLR bomb before taking a superkick.

Jacy ran the distraction on the ref while Gigi came in and took out KLR, letting Mandy pick up the win.

Result: Mandy Rose def. Kay Lee Ray to retain the NXT Women's title

After the match, Rose and her buddies got the baseball bat and were about to hit Ray with it when Io Shirai came out and wiped all three of them out. Shirai hit double dropkicks before KLR joined her and wiped out Mandy and they claimed the ring as the Toxic trio made their retreat.

We got the semi-finals of the Dusty Cup tonight on NXT with MSK and the Creed Brothers moving up to the finals while Waller threatened to arrest LA Knight next week. The cage match between Pete Dunne and D'Angelo has had a small tweak while KLR got her title match against Mandy Rose on NXT.
