Grizzled Young Veterans vs. Andre Chase & Bodhi Hayward - Dusty Cup First Round match on NXT (contd...)

Chase was being isolated in the ring as the match continued on NXT but managed to turn things around and make the tag before Hayward came in for some big splash on Gibson.

Drake got the tag off a distraction before taking Hayward down with a double DDT to pick up the win.

Result: Grizzled Young Veterans def. Andre Chase & Bodhi Hayward

After the match, Von Wagner came out and took out Chase University before putting on the jacket Robert Stone handed him.

Io Shirai vs. Tiffany Stratton on NXT

Io Shirai and Tiffany Stratton traded holds early on before the former was sent outside the ring. Back in the ring, Shirai dropped Stratton with a big slam and got a low dropkick before the latter got a headlock in.

Shirai blocked a kick and smacked Stratton in the face as the match went on. She got a big Meteora in the corner before getting her moonsault finisher and picking up the easy win.

Result: Io Shirai def. Tiffany Stratton
