Cameron Grimes vs. Tony D'Angelo - No.1 Contender's match for the North American title on NXT
Tony D'Angelo started off strong but Cameron Grimes had things under control and hit a big kick to drop D'Angelo off the apron. The latter sent Grimes over the ropes before dragging him back to the ring for an improvised backbreaker and a near fall.
Back after a break, Grimes took a suplex for another near fall before getting a massive chop off a counter. D'Angelo got back in control with a hold before Grimes tried for a running knee in the corner but missed.
He got a big snap suplex for a near fall before D'Angelo fled the ring before he could get the finisher. The referee was distracted when Pete Dunne came out and smacked Tony D'Angelo in the hand with a cricket bat. D'Angelo headed back to the ring and took the Cave-In before Grimes picked up the win.

Backstage, The Legado tried to ambush Bron Breakker but Tommaso Ciampa came out and joined him before the Legado promptly got back in their SUV and ran off.

We got the final matches in the first round of the Dusty Cup tonight on NXT while Toxic Attraction took a big loss. Solo Sikoa and Boa put on a brutal match and we got a great main event from Grimes and D'Angelo on tonight's NXT.
