Kona Reeves impressed in his re-debut
Patrick Scott made his official NXT debut, whilst Kona Reeves was re-debuting under his new character where he claimed to be "The Finest". Scott didn't manage to get a lot of offense in this match before the balance was turned into Reeves favor and he picked up the win off a modified Samoan Drop.

The commentary team stated that Reeves was inspired by The Rock, so this could be another shout out to the former World Champion.

We were then taken to an interview with Dakota Kai where she was attempting to explain her issues with Shayna Baszler before she was interrupted by Vanessa Borne.
She stated that Kai was afraid of Baszler and that she herself isn't scared of anyone, Kai then told Borne that she wasn't scared of her before the two women decided that they had an issue that will seemingly be settled in the ring.
