"The Finest" Kona Reeves was on his way to the ring, only to be taken out by Ricochet. The former United States & North American Champion got a huge pop from the crowd, as did Reeves' original opponent, Matt Riddle.
The Original Bro was still looking for a fight. Ricochet was happy to oblige.
Ricochet vs Matt Riddle
Ricochet avoided Riddle's offense early, sending him outside with a headscissors and dropkick. A suicide dive sent Riddle to the ground. Back inside, Riddle countered a standing shooting star with a triangle choke.
Ricochet escaped but was met with a Broton. A pair of running elbows and the Brosploder dumped Ricochet on his head. Ricochet escaped a powerbomb and a ripcord Final Flash, dropping Riddle with a northern lights/spinning neckbreaker combination and a standing shooting star, connecting this time.
Riddle kicked out and managed to connect with the Final Flash. A deadlift German suplex bent the One and Only like an accordionn. As they both made it to their feet, Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura rushed the ring. They fought off the invading SmackDown stars, leading to a roll-up from Riddle.
Results: Matt Riddle defeated Ricochet via pinfall.
Grade: B
Cesaro and Nakamura took the fight to Ricochet and Riddle. Ricochet knocked Cesaro outside the barricade and leapt from the turnbuckle with an incredible high cross body.
Back in the ring, Roderick Strong saved Riddle from the Kinshasa, laying him out with a boot. Riddle rocked him with a high kick and was dropped from behind by Finn Balor. However, Riddle turned the battle around, escaping the 1916 and delivering a wicked ripcord Final Flash, dropping Balor outside.
