Kyle O’Reilly has the most to gain from the contest at WWE NXT TakeOver 36. He is a rising singles star who was previously seen as a tag team specialist.

Meanwhile, Adam Cole could be on his way out of WWE or the creative team could offer to move him to the main roster soon. The uncertainty around his current status could have a big influence on the outcome of the match.
