#4. Tommaso Ciampa's first loss by submission in two years

Tommaso Ciampa has been one of the stars carrying NXT over the past few years, as his feud with Johnny Gargano transcended into so much more than either man could ever imagine.

There was a time when Gargano and Ciampa were best friends in the Tag Team division, now both men are seen as main event level superstars following their lengthy three-year feud.

Now that the former DIY members have gone their separate ways, The Sicilian Psychopath has turned his attention to newcomer Karrion Kross, who made his Takeover debut last night.

It was an incredible match where Kross made it clear that he was a future NXT Champion before he forced Ciampa to submit and announced his arrival on the brand.

Given Ciampa's history in NXT, this was a huge win for Kross, and the fact that it's the first time in more than two years that Ciampa has been defeated by submission only pushed home the fact that WWE consider Kross to be a definite future star.
