Bayley continued the hometown champion jinx

What is it with the WWE and making champions lose in front of their hometown crowds? Bayley was the latest to join that list as she dropped the WWE Raw Women's Championship to Alexa Bliss at Payback in front of an adoring San Jose crowd.

This further cheapens the value of the belt as well, as WWE creative resume the game of hot potato that the championship has been going through since the Brand Split. Also, Bayley winning at Wrestlemania but losing at Payback just seems weird.

At least she lost to a worthy contender in Bliss.
