Bayley and Sasha Banks defended their Women's Tag Team Championships against the mismatched team of Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler last night at Payback, and in the end, new champions were crowned.
It was a rough week for The Boss, who went from having two titles to having none in the space of seven days. Although, it could be argued that it could have been a much worse week for Baszler if she had been injured due to a botch by Bayley at Payback.

The SmackDown Women's Champion and The Boss lifted Baszler to set her up for an inverted slam. It looked like the two women didn't communicate with one another and Baszler ended up being dropped by Banks and then Bayley. It ended up looking like a really awkward fall for Baszler.
Luckily the former MMA fighter is used to much worse and was able to shake it off and continue the match. She definitely got her own measure of revenge when she locked both women in a submission. Bayley eventually tapped and new Champions were crowned last night at Payback.
