WWE Raw: 3 biggest questions from this week’s episode (February 25, 2019)

#2 Why did Batista attack Ric Flair?

When the SmackDown 1000 show concluded, fans were certain that they would see Batista and Triple H clash at the Grandest Stage of Them All in 2019. However, an injury sustained by The Game at Crown Jewel seemed to have put an end to fans’ expectations.

While most of us had forgotten about the rivalry that was supposed to unfold, WWE punched us right in the face with a rebirth of the rivalry.

However, the manner that WWE has reignited this rivalry is questionable. Firstly, Triple H was a heel while Batista seemed like a face on SmackDown 1000. The roles seemed to have turned now, as Batista emerged as a heel.

Secondly, Batista attacked the man he has repeatedly stated his love for Flair and attributed all of his growth and early development to learning under. Why would he stoop to such an extent?

And thirdly, why would Batista be interested in battling Triple H, when he has already never been beaten by him? Shouldn’t Triple H be more interested in calling out Batista for a match?

Many questions arise from this segment, and hopefully, WWE will answer most of them in the coming weeks.
