Asuka was crowned as the WWE RAW Women's champion last week after Becky Lynch relinquished the title. The Man announced that she was pregnant and thus had to vacate the title and take a break from WWE.

Now, the next step for Asuka is to know who she will be up against in a feud. Instead of just handing a title opportunity to Shayna Baszler or Nia Jax, WWE should use this situation to build a big feud.

Moreover, handing a title opportunity like the one Roman Reigns was getting against Goldberg at WrestleMania 36 did not go down well with the WWE Universe. The title shot needs to be earned and that is exactly what the next few weeks should be about.

WWE can even go on and hold a tournament like they are doing with the Intercontinental Championship. The winner of the tournament facing Asuka at Backlash next month would be the ideal prize.
