The Revival once again met an odd tag team on Raw, as they took on former tag team champions, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder.

While Raw is packed with some tag teams, it was odd to see WWE reunite the duo to take the fall against The Revival who are slowly being buried by the company.

While The Revival sure deserve to be Raw Tag Team champions, and stay champions for a long time, the same hasn't happened even once!

When Hawkins and Ryder reunited, it seemed as though they would get in contention for the tag team titles, and battle against The Revival to gain the upper hand.

Thankfully, that was not the case as The Revival beat the duo to secure their image and value rather than lose and fall deeper into the black hole Raw creative have made for them.

If The Revival had lost the match, we would have assumed they were about to leave the company, and WWE wanted to alter their image in a negative way before they depart.
