This is a given, but one of the big four PPVs without the defense of the company's most prized possession is a letdown. Brock Lesnar is a crowd puller and having him face off in a singles match against another superstar would bring in big money and eyes to the PPV. A main event involving Lesnar and a big name or an opponent that can bring the fight to Lesnar would have been great to watch.
The Royal Rumble has every year, brought the fans engaging contests for the WWE/Universal Title and sadly, this year it won't be the same. While we may see every Title being defended, we will miss out on Lesnar in singles competition. Some may say that Lesnar's matches have been one-sided, but the truth is, one can never say when a Superstar may dethrone The Beast.
Kishan is a WWE writer at Sportskeeda Wrestling and has been associated with the division for 8.5 years. Even though he doesn't work at Sportskeeda on a full-time basis, writing about wrestling keeps his passion for the sport alive. He reports on important updates from wrestlers and rumors from trustworthy sources.
Kishan recalls the best match he witnessed when he was just 6 – the Hell in a Cell Match at Armageddon 2000. Watching the six men push each other to their limits and then some made him realize how incredible pro wrestling is.
He graduated as a Chemical Engineer a few years before he began his journey with Sportskeeda. A couple of years as a non-contracted writer for the website became a full-time opportunity that included managing the pro wrestling division.
Kishan's favorite wrestler is Triple H, as he can pull him into any storyline. In today's era, one can call him a Seth "Freakin" Rollins fan for the same reason. When he is not writing for Sportskeeda, Kishan works as a digital marketing professional.
