Humberto Carrillo is one of the most heavily pushed Superstars in WWE at this point in time. And if you don't believe me, cast your mind back to Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia where Carrillo defeated 19 other Superstars to emerge as the winner of the Battle Royal in the Kickoff show.
Unfortunately, because he's not as fluent in English as he is between the ropes, he tends to get a little lost at times, which is where someone like Kevin Owens or Samoa Joe could be the mouthpiece for this talented young man, to take him to the next level. WWE certainly wants Humberto Carrillo to succeed because they've wanted a Latin American Superstar for years now, to consolidate the market.

Sure, Andrade is the right fit in that regard but Humberto Carrillo has the teen popstar look that could help them garner an even wider audience.
