Not long ago, Alexa Bliss had to miss months of action because of an injury that she'd suffered. Bliss has worked the full WWE schedule for many years now and it's no surprise that she had to sit out owing to the trying schedule. The thing is that she may not be at 100% even now.
During her injury, Alexa Bliss proved that she could do a great job as an Authority Figure as well. And then she owned the Moment of Bliss role, proving that she deserved her own talk show, unveiling the Women's Tag Team Championships. She was not hesitant to play romantic angles with the likes of EC3 and Finn Balor either.

Bliss hasn't really wrestled all that much since her comeback from injury. I think that WWE may be biding their time until she's completely healed to put her in a program.
