WWE can always call upon someone from the mainstream world to be the WrestleMania host. But the WWE Universe exists in the sports entertainment bubble and they may not always be in favour of these mainstream superstars. Remember the Jon Stewart and the Old Day segment? There are many such examples from WWE's illustrious history.
Alexa Bliss looks like a million bucks and even if the crowd turns on her, she can control them like a maestro. And the thing is that despite her detractors, the WWE Universe may not dislike her as much they might detest a figure from Hollywood. The sports entertainment world is quite protective of their own, I've noticed.

There were crickets when the two guys from SNL showed up last week. Bliss is a far better candidate for the WrestleMania host role.
