I'm guessing that Carmella, who's been helping R-Truth escape from others who're vying for his Championship, did not know either. Because she's in neither women's title picture, could she potentially become the 24/7 Champion?
Maybe she forms a new Ellsworth-like team, only this time it is with Maverick instead of the Chinless Wonder. And when it looks like she's helping Maverick regain his title, she pins Truth to become the 24/7 Champion herself. This would completely turn the division on its head at once.

It would help insert a lot of women who're on the sidelines like Liv Morgan and Dana Brooke into the title picture. And considering how much fun the entire 24/7 Championship deal was last week, this could potentially be comedy gold.
